All items are inspected upon arrival at our offices. Return items must be unwashed, unworn and unused with original tags still attached.
A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for return.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided with your purchase, in the event you wish to return any of the merchandise you bought. If by chance you misplace your prepaid return label you can print another one here:

Returns take 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different color, size or style we kindly ask that you return your original purchase and place a new order.
